Hello,

Management of anxiety disorder is a multi disciplinary issue and has to be sorted out at various levels as:
- Control of inciting factors as family issues, work place disturbances and so forth
- Deep breathing exercises, YOGA, Pranayam
- Regular walking to consume fresh ozone
- Consume regular sound sleep of 7 hours minimum
- Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
- Continue current medication
Be in regular follow up with your doc for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
