Hi, I m a 26 year old male recently diagnosed with health anxiety. I am currently taking 20mg of propanalol 2x daily - in the morning and in the evening, it s working really well. However, it is my stag do in 2 weeks time and I am a bit concerned on how I am going to manage my medication whilst under the influence? Best wishes Ross
Management of anxiety disorder is a multi disciplinary issue and has to be sorted out at various levels as: - Control of inciting factors as family issues, work place disturbances and so forth - Deep breathing exercises, YOGA, Pranayam - Regular walking to consume fresh ozone - Consume regular sound sleep of 7 hours minimum - Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming - Continue current medication Be in regular follow up with your doc for further guidelines.
